Project Description

On August 25th, 2025, the Rotary Club of Himalayan Golfers (RCHG) proudly inaugurated the Drinking Water Project at Kurintar in joint partnership with Shahid Lakhan Gaunpalika, Teadatar, Gorkha.The system was developed using a deep boring source, where water is lifted to a central storage tank and distributed directly to 30 households, benefiting approximately 150 individuals. The community, primarily from the underprivileged Chepang and Dura settlements, expressed immense joy and gratitude for this initiative, as it directly addresses one of their most pressing daily needs.
